Etching sheet name: filter screen, filter sheet, sieve mesh

Purpose: The filter screen, also known as a filter screen, is made of metal sheets and is used to filter molten material flow and increase flow resistance, in order to remove impurities. ③ Exposure machine: used for local photosensitive ink on photopolymerized workpieces to form image transfer, which is emitted by turning on ultraviolet lightUVAThe wavelength of ultraviolet light transfers the pattern on the film to the workpiece coated with photosensitive ink

④ Developing machine: used in photosensitive technology to expose the surface pattern of the product and then enter the etching process, which can achieve continuous production.

⑤ Etching machine: a corrosion equipment used to corrode exposed metal parts on workpieces, using etching solution to remove some metal through high-pressure spraying.

⑥ Ultrasonic cleaning machine: used to clean excess ink after corrosion to obtain finished products.
