Chemistry Etching machine The specific process of craftsmanship:
Step 1: Cleaning treatment: The first step is to clean all kinds of stains on the surface of the rough part to be corroded, to ensure that the anti-corrosion layer can adhere uniformly to the metal surface, and to maintain a uniform etching speed. The commonly used cleaning methods include organic solvent cleaning, alkaline chemical cleaning, acidic chemical cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, and electrolytic cleaning. During use, they can be selected according to the type of metal material and the degree of contamination on the surface of the parts.
Step 2: Anti corrosion treatment: Its purpose is to protect surfaces that do not require corrosion processing, so that the metal surfaces that require corrosion processing are completely exposed and corroded by corrosive agents suitable for the metal material. This process requires that the anti-corrosion material adhere firmly to the metal surface and that the anti-corrosion layer does not peel off during the entire corrosion process. Anti corrosion treatment mainly includes: screen printing anti-corrosion technology, photographic chemical anti-corrosion technology, transfer printing anti-corrosion technology, graphic electroplating anti-corrosion technology, laser lithography anti-corrosion technology, and etching anti-corrosion layer technology.
Step 3: Corrosion processing: It is the process of making anti-corrosion graphics and text on the corroded metal parts according to the drawing requirements, and then placing them in a corrosion tank for corrosion processing. In this process, the main controls include: concentration of corrosive agent, corrosion temperature, etching time, etc. Metal corrosion processing can be divided into five basic types according to the drawing requirements, namely: overall corrosion, selective corrosion, multi-step corrosion, taper corrosion, and chemical cutting and cutting. The comprehensive corrosion of metals requires anti-corrosion treatment, and the parts can be subjected to corrosion processing after cleaning treatment.
Step 4: Remove the anti-corrosion layer: After the parts have been corroded and qualified, use solvents, alkaline solutions, or other cleaning agents to remove the anti-corrosion layer on the surface of the parts.
