Introduction to Types and Composition Systems of Developing Machines
A developing machine generally consists of a transmission system, a developing system, a rinsing system, a drying system, a program control system, and other components.
1. Transmission system: The transmission system is a driving device that guides the operation of the printing plate. It is driven by a motor through a worm gear or sprocket chain to rotate the conveyor roller, and through the driving of the pressure roller, the printing plate passes through various working stages of the developing machine.
2. Development system: During the development process of the printing plate, the photosensitive layer in the blank area of the plate is rapidly dissolved by the uniform and continuous spraying of circulating developer solution. Some development machines also add brush rollers to accelerate this dissolution. In order to ensure that the developer works under constant conditions, this part also has a heater and a cooler, which can automatically adjust the temperature (generally controlled at around 25 ℃). The automatic circulation filtration of the medicinal solution ensures that the concentration and temperature of the medicinal solution are uniform and consistent throughout.
3. Flushing system: The flushing system mainly consists of two sets of spray pipes spraying clean water onto the front and back of the layout to remove the developed products and excess developer solution attached to the layout, and squeezing out the moisture on the layout through the squeezing roller; Simultaneously equipped with secondary water washing function.
4. Glue coating system: The main function of the glue coating system is to apply a uniform layer of protective glue on the developed surface.
5. Drying system: The drying system consists of air supply ducts and rubber rollers, which quickly dry the printing plate through blowing and heating, and finally send the printing plate out.
