Electrochemical cleaning using alkaline cleaning solution
Attention should be paid to the following points during ultrasonic cleaning: it is not advisable to clean thick oil stains on the surface of the machine parts. When the oil stains are thick, high-pressure spraying should be used for pre cleaning. Spring parts, thin-walled steel parts, ultra-high strength steel parts, etc. cannot be cleaned on the cathode (to avoid material hydrogen permeation and hydrogen embrittlement); Parts made of copper, zinc, nickel and other materials cannot be cleaned on the anode to avoid surface oxidation of the materials; Regularly conduct quantitative analysis of electrolyte and supplement chemical reagents according to the analysis results.
